WealthAxis has no account, no login, and no server. Everything you record stays on your phone.
The short version. We do not collect your data, because there is nowhere for it to go. The app makes no network requests, contains no analytics or advertising SDK, and has no backend to send anything to. Your trades, income, net worth and health records never leave your device unless you export them yourself.

This data is readable only by the app. Uninstalling removes it. Because it is on your device and not on a server, we cannot recover it for you if it is lost — which is why the app offers an export.
The health module is a plain log you fill in yourself. It is stored on your device exactly like everything else, is never transmitted, and is not shared with any insurer, employer, advertiser or health service. The app does not read from Apple Health or Google Fit.
When you import a broker statement or tax export, the file is read on your device and parsed there. It is not uploaded. When you export, the file is written on your device and handed to your operating system's share sheet — where it goes next is your choice, and is governed by whichever app you send it to.
There are none. WealthAxis is free, with no subscription and no in-app purchase, so no payment details exist for us or anyone else to handle.
We do not sell, rent, trade or share your personal information, because we do not hold any. There are no third-party service providers with access to your records, no data processors, and no advertising partners.
Your data is protected by your device: its lock screen, its disk encryption, and the operating system's isolation of app storage. The app can additionally require a PIN before revealing balances. Since nothing is transmitted, there is no data in transit to intercept and no server of ours that can be breached.
WealthAxis is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 18. We knowingly collect no information from anyone, at any age.
You are in control of all of it. Use Settings → Delete my data → Delete all my data inside the app, or uninstall the app, and it is gone. There is no account to close and nothing held elsewhere for us to delete. See data deletion for detail.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. If the app ever begins collecting data — it does not today — that change will be described here and in the app before it takes effect.
